FTTC with Archer VR1600 V2 - All Ethernet Port OOS

On 24th March all four ethernet ports went OOS.  They all continue to show green (when eqpt & cable connected) on router but there is no comms.   I spent hours with TPG over last two days but nothing was identified and TPG have shipped a replacement router which I just brought into service.  


However, I have exactly the same issue with the replacement.  Its unlikely to be the router (?) but what causes the issue and how can I fix it?  I'm using 2x iMacs, efergy and QNAP NAS, non work.  It is critical I have access to the NAS which is not possible using Wifi.  Luckily I can use wifi for internet.
