Fault lodged

I lodged a fault almost 48 hours ago and have received no confirmation. My internet is completely non functional. When will the fault be addressed?

We checked the account and learned that this has been raised to our Engineers. 

An NBN technician has been requested and further updates will be provided by via SMS or phone call once available.
