Get online support
I have been having issues with my modem (Huawei HG659). Whilst I can connect to the WiFi, the internet takes a while to connect with WiFi. I have reset, power cycled a few times now, I have reset the laptop network adapter, really hit and miss with connectivity. This has been happening in the last 3-4 weeks only.
May I please have my modem's firmware updated, hopefully this can resolve the connectivity.
If there's anything else I need to be to be doing, please do let me know.
