Firmware Update

Hi Guys,

Can i request the firmware update file or a firmware update on the following Modem for my home connection (current version as follows) :-

Firmware Version:

0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 171027 Rel.38125n

Hardware Version:

Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

Or can someon advise who i need to PM with details etc to get this.

Just checked and still on same firmware.

Is their any lead time to when these are done or is there a file i can grab to do it myself ??

We are unable to upgrade the modem's firmware as it appears that this modem was not provided by TPG.
