Recently my 5Ghz network keeps going down and I have to reboot my modem constantly. I tried looking everywhere online for a firmware update but can't seem to find any.
Can you please update for firmware?

Your modem/router currently has the latest firmware available.
Aside from turning it Off and On, have you tried the factory reset? Please be advised that performing a factory reset will delete the changes within the configuration that you've performed and you need to set it up again.
