Firmware update for Archer VR1600v

I bought this modem and there is no VOIP telephony function in the dashboard. My ISP said it needed a firmware update. But I cannot find the firmware. 

 

This is the current version below. 

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

I am not a TPG customer so I don't have a customer ID or  account number. I bought a modem secondhand and it seems to be connected to your company.

We can no longer access the TPG supplied modem if you are not an active subscriber. 

 

You  may check if you can manually update the firmware instead.

How can I access the firmware update? Happy to do it manually but need the update.
