Firmware update for my NBN Archer VR1600v modem

Hi, I just read in this forum that the Moderator can update the firmware on my modem (and that I can't do it myself). I don't know if an update is necessary but if it is I would like that done.

Details of my modem are:

Modem serial no.: 3177089005104

Firmware version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 180828 Rel.56416n

Hardware version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

Customers need to reach out to us in order to update the firmware of their modem once available.
