Hello. I have had a flashing red connection light on my nbn router for the past 3 days and have had no internet access. I am a teacher and need to work from home but am unable to. I have checked for any outages in my area (there were none) and have restarted and reset the router with no change. I have been on the chat queue these past few days and keep getting kicked off when I near my turn.
Could TPG please contact me as quick as possible and arrange for a technician to look at my connection? I have been with TPG for over 12 years and haven't had a problem before.
