Google Wifi Set-up on VR1600v

Dear TPG,

Having trouble setting up Google Wifi after a change over from TPG NBN on Huawei modem/router to the TPG FTTB on TP VR1600v.  

On the Google set-up screen, it's showing the modem isn't giving a internet connection.  

Have tried to reboot, connect via PPPoE etc. with no success. 

Please assist - thank you.
