HFC NBN and Lack of Technical Support

Hi
I have been trying to get on to someone from Technical Support all morning with no luck as support officers are closing off jobs without even speaking to me.

 

My issue:

NBN HFC Modem has all lights on and the router has the power, 2.4g, 5g, and LAN4 light on but no internet. Whatelse can be checked?
