Hi TPG Technical,
Logged service call on Friday 13 March; followed by another one on Saturday 14 March.
Received Ticket Number 10350485 on 14 Sat; to be resolved within 48 hours.
As of this morning, the same issue has not be resolved.
All the IDD calls made from this land line (TPG NBN Bundle) to overseas destination have been diverted to callers speaking Eastern European accents.
I could only call these overseas numbers from my Telstra mobile phone.
This is a major security breach within your International Carrier network.
Has this issue be escalated to higher level for immediate rectification?
