HG659 Firmware Upgrade - resolved

Hi there
 
My HG659 has been playing up and the 5g has competely disappeared leaving only the 2.4g.
 
I would like to get a firmware upgrade to see if that helps the problem and I'd be grateful if somoen can tell me how to get that please?
