Hi, 

 

I had my device updated earlier in the year, possibly late last year. Ever since it has been riddled with issues within the maintenance interface.

 

Can i please have the firmware updated/reapplied?

What are the issues that you've experienced? Are you able to provide a screenshot?

 

Have you tried to reset the modem back to its default settings? If not, please try it first.

When I log on, regardless of the device or browser, it kicks me back to the log in screen or gives me a page not found error. When changing settings, they have to be set multiple times to get them to save.

Have reset to default settings a few times.

Hi @kpicco,

 

The firmware update should not affect your modem interface.

 

When you said that you've reset the modem, did you do it via modem interface or by pressing the button?

 

If it's via button, please try to restore the factory default via the modem interface.
