I have been having an intermittent problem accessing my HG659 modem admin page. A reboot of the modem seems to fix the issue temporarily but this is not a convenient fix with multiple users in the house. Is there another solution apart from a factory reset?
We're sad to know that you're having issue to access the modem/router's page. Yes, we recommend to perform a factory reset and let us know how it will go.
Can I save the modem configuration before I factory reset and then load it in afterwards? Will be difficult if I can't access the admin page I guess. I have a few fixed IP addresses that would need to be setup again.
Unfortunately, backup configuration function is not supported on our supplied modem/router.
