My Arris CM8200 is not working. There is power to the device but there are no lights on. I have tried to ring technical support at TPG but no answer probably due to holidays. It has been broken since the 24 December. How do I order a replacement item when no one replies to my emails or answers my calls. Thanks Philip

Thanks for the reply.  The TPG Techs have rung me and organised a tine for the NBN techs to look at the setup.
