Has anyone else had issues with their NBN tonight in Port Melb?

The NBN box  continues to go on and off and checked the plug, changed where is plugged it but it doesnt seem to connect to the internet just keeps going on and off. Checked the wired all okay...and the help centre doesnt open until buisness hours
