Home Phone temporarily unblock blocked number

I have an NBN50 Plan with a Home Phone Bundle and my number is blocked when calling out.  Previously you could enter 1832 before dialling a number so that my phone number could be unblocked on a case by case basis.  i.e. When storing family phone numbers, enter 1832<phonenumber> so that when calling them, my number is unblocked.

This feature has stopped working.  Is there an alternate code that can be entered to temporarily unblock my number?  Cheers.
