My internet and home phone have been down for 2days. Logged a job today and heard nothing.

We recommend to check first if your service is affected by an outage/maintenance by checking these links: NBN Network Outage and TPG Service Status page.

If your address is not listed, PM us with your TPG account details so we can check your service.
