Hot Modem

My modem is getting very hot and im worried about the potential fire hazzard that it could become. it is changing color due to the amount of heat that it is producing.

My modem is also getting very hot and is browning on back. I'm really worried about fire hazard. Just experienced flooding and don't need this worry.
