Hi @elvirahad,

Is there a specific port number indicated on the Anti-Virus notification? Our server ports are usually open since we don't put port restrictions on them.

Thanks for the clarification.

You may ignore the Anti Virus notification as long your wireless password is strong and secured as the the port 7547 is used for CWMP, another form of remote router management; that uses an auto-config server.

You may refer to this community thread regarding the port error.

to be honest I am not happy with your solution.

Read this article https://www.computerworld.com/article/3145003/blame-the-isps-rather-than-the-routers.html

and then tell me there is no issue.

I think there is issue and you should fix it as soon as possible

We appreciate the feedback @elvirahad.

Looking at the article, this was an issue raised back in 2016 that has been addressed by the ISP in the UK.

Port 7547 is discoverable but definitely, the port is protected in code. Since this it is being used for remote management using TR-06 which enables ISP's to access, manage and update your broadband router.

Should you wish to filter port 7547, please be advised that there is potential interference with pushing firmware updates on the device.

Nevertheless, please send us a PM with your TPG account and we'll raise this if possible to filter the said port.
