How do I get a NBN connection box

I just went to install my TPG supplied modem for a FTTC NBN service but don’t have an NBN Connection box. I’m guessing it has been taken by a previous tenant?

Let us help coordinate this with NBNCo. to get a new NBN box. Could you send us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) also include your best contact number and preferred time.
