How do I order a new tpg nbn modem?
We are moving house on 6th May and want to relocate our plan, HOWEVER our new house doesn't have an NBN modem installed. So we need to get one ordered and installed ASAP.
I try to chat with the customer service team using the chatbot and they send me to this link, which doesn't answer my question re. the TPG NBN modem. They also provide an email address which just sends an automated response and nobody gets back to you. I have also asked to be called - but I am still waiting. This lack of customer service is appalling and I may even have to start engaging with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to help resolve the matter.

You said someone would call me by 48 hours. But I am still waiting.
This needs to be resolved asap please. As I said in my PM please can you organise an appointment for an NBN technician to install an NBN modem into our unit.
