How do I set up internet connection on my router TP Link AX50 when its connected to the NBN NCD?

Hey, 

Recently I just upgraded my router from the Archer VR1600v to the TP Link AX50. But when i connected all the cables, I could not get an interent connection through my AX50. Can someone please teach me how to fix this problem. Thanks

We do not have reference on how to setup the TP-Link AX50 but you may check this existing threads for reference.

• FTTC 3rd party routers

Hi there,

Just successfully set up the Archer AX50 (tp-link AX3000) on an NBN FTTC connection with TPG.

I spoke to the help desks of TPG and then TP-Link (the AX50 manufacturer).

The main issue is the Network > Internet connection needs to be PPPoE and have your correct account username and password. Then your IPtV settings need to be updated as well.

I have attached two screen shots to illustrate how it worked for me.
