Hi. I’ve recently signed up for NBN with TPG. Had a lot of issues getting the new modem sent to me to work. Took four hours to finally come on when I first received it. Today it has stopped working altogether - no lights on at all. A technician looked at set up - power cable working, its the modem itself that isn’t. I don’t know how to contact someone at TPG to sort this out. I need assistance please. I will not pay for the service if I cannot access it. Pauline
