I have called TPG many times. It has been 4 business days and it has not been dispatched. Usually it is 1-2 business days. I ha e already mentioned that it's fory elderly father who lives on his own and doesn't go to sleep at night time and prefers watching YouTube. I was told that a customer relations from TPG will be in touch and explain what is going on as the explanation from the supervisor was its due to "system upgrade" and then it got changed to "backlog orders" . All what I wanted is for TPG to make me stay on the loop instead of me calling all the time.
