I use the NBN/home phone bundle at home.
Over the past 2-3weeks, my Internet has been disconnecting intermittently throughout the day.
When checking the modem the Internet light status was not lighting up (it should normally light in green).
Should I replace the modem as TPG support confirmed my NBN/home connection is fine?
Please share your thoughts.
We were able to run some remote test and was able to detect the dropouts, but can't see any fault on the NBN network. I will arrange a call from our Tech team to look into it further and escalate to our Engineering team if necessary.
