Our Huawei HG 659 router is failing very very often and it is getting worse, everytime it gets warm it dies, tonight we were off the air for 3 hours. My son is doing a project at Uni and it got very desperate.
Please immediately send a new router and a spare router so this can't happen again, I am prepared to pay for the spare.
Or send us the settings to set up a NETCOMM AC1200 NF13ACV which we have on hand.
Please no platitudes we have complained now at least 5 times.
