hi folks,
i got an asus ax1800 or rt-ax56u to replace my old 'netcomm nf12' supplied by tpg. i am not able to connect to my nbn fttp via pppoe. i reach out to tpg support and they guided me through the get started to connect which was obviously unsuccessful and asked me to consult asus. i asked asus and they by turn to check with the isp. can anyone help or advise what can i do next to fix this?
