I haven't received my modem and shipment confirmation email

I signed up this monday morning, still got nothing.

No answer from helpdesk email, how long it usually takes?

 

and How can I get some help when I have listening problem? all the customer service is happening on the phone.

Is this a new service order for broadband connection? Kindly PM your TPG customer ID or username, so I can check the account and delivery status.
