I’m moving property but the black box is missing from the new property. What do I do?

I'm moving into another property and I've discovered the previous tenants have removed the black box. I work from home from a secure connection, so I cannot hotspot, so having the connection happen on the day without delay is absolutely crucial for me. What can I do?

We should be able to organise things for you on time. By black box, do you mean the NBN box? Send us a private message with your new address too so we can take a closer look.

It’s too late. I called customer service who told me that I had to wait until the connection date and then call to order the box which take 10-14 days. I work from home and my company requires a secure connection so being without internet meant no pay so I had no choice but to go with another provider who would do it. Sad because until then I wasn’t an unhappy customer with TPG
