Internet connection may not be available

I just changed addresses and went through the whole phone set up with TPG. The NBN connection was already in place at the new place. Plugged in the modem and ask seems to be working as normal. Phone is connected to it but it's coming up with no internet connection.
Is there anything I can do?

Since this is a relocation, have you received a notification via SMS or email that the service is already active?

If not, then the internet will not work.

 

If yes, then we need to run further check. Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.
