My NBN service was installed this morning about 2 hours ago. The connection box is live with all 4 green lights on. The wifi modem is connected and turned on.
However, I do not yet have internet access, but my devices (iphone and laptop) can see the wifi address.
Should internet be available already or do I need to wait longer? Thanks
