Internet is dropping out, significant error packets on downstream

Hi there,

 

My internet has been dropping out since yesterday afternoon. I had pfsense acting as the firewall with the TPG supplied modem in bridge mode. I kept having the interface restart due to packet loss.

 

I have since bypassed pfsense and I'm using the supplied modem to authenticate using PPoE and it is showing downstream packet loss.

 

Would you be able to look at my connection?

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
