I am currently using a HUAWEI modem I got when I first got the NBN, I have recently been having issues with it just stopping and having no internet or phone line at all until I turn it off, replug everything back in and hope for the best,
How do I go about getting a newer modem, unable to purchase modems from stores as the modem I am using is part of a phone/ internet bundle.
