Hello, my internet light is off, I have unplugged/replugged/etc, called tech support and there’s no external issues so I’d there any quick and handy way to get internet back or do I need to wait for an engineer to inspect it? All other lights that are meant to be on are on. Huawei HH659 modem. Thank you.
