Is Huawei modem locked

Tpg supplied modem is network locked..!!!

I have TPG supplied Huawei HG659 modem which is NBN competible. I finished my contract with tpg and recently moved to vodafone NBN plan.

This modem has pre saved tpg username and password which cant be deleted.

I tried connecting using “no login required option”(vodafone nbn uses IpoE)

Few times rebooted and factory restored but no luck

Am i missing something?

We have customized the firmware of our Huawei HG659 modem, but you can still use it by manually configuring the settings.

Connect with user account and enter your internet account and password.
