Having previously not had a problem with sending mail I now receive atmail  Cloud Mail System, Mail delivery failed: Returning message.  Starting to happen more frequently.

any advice would be appreciated.

Hi @Hanktank12 . Is this occurring with webmail (browser) or mail client?

If client, which one?

Can you copy and paste the actual received error message; just X out the sender and recipient addresses.

@Hanktank12 . Have you been notified that your email address has been transferred to TMC? From the top line in the picture, it looks like it has.

Does it happen using the webmail interface or mail client or both?

If so, you need to contact TMC with this problem. The address 103.150.252.11 is owned by Atmail P/L which I believe is TMC, ie. their mail server.

When you contact TMC, copy and paste the whole of the returned error message so that they can check the link without trying to type it all in.  https://support.themessaging.co/hc/en-au

You could check the link yourself. You might be able to fix it.
