My order for the NBN connection was made 25 days ago. According to my account, the connecton is ready but I haven't received any inkling of a text or email about the modem. I spoke to customer serivce today at about 2.30pm and was told to expect a call today after 5.00pm. I didn't receive a call.
I look forward to receiving the modem.

So far your efforts have been in vain, I have not received a call back regarding my missing modem. Also, I continue to receive marketing texts from TPG regarding the NBN, despite having placed an order nearly a month ago.
I look forward to seeing this resolved as soon as possible.
