Since I upgraded to NBN the internet has been dropping in and out and there is always maintainace happening in my area where i lose internet for a whole day or more also the modem you sent (TP-Link Archer VR1600v) get VERY HOT and the wps button dose NOT WORK, when i press it nothing happens so i can't connect my printer or wifi extenders in my house.
This modem needs to be replaced, it doesn't work and its only a few years old. you sent me a broken modem.
MODEM model - TP-Link Archer VR1600v - WPS botton does not work !!!!! and gets very hot, internet drops in and out.
