Modem Return

I have purchased a new Modem from you how do I return the old Huawei one. Do I just put in a bag and drop at a Post Office like Belong do?

Welcome to the community!

If you have purchased a new modem from us you may keep the old modem. We only advise to return faulty modem/router's if it's still under warranty for replacement.
