Hi TPG. I have an Archer VR1600v AC1600 Wireless Dual Band Gigabit VoIP VDSL/ADSL Modem Router which was supplied (pre-configured) by TPG when I first connected to the NBN in 2020. As of this morning the modem is not working. No lights are coming on, not even the power light. I have checked the connections and they seem to be fine. I have tried changing to a different power socket, but with no success. I have also tried restarting the device but still nothing happens. Power is on at my place and all other devices are working (including the black NBN box). Am I able to organise a replacement modem?
