Modem Upgrade?

Hello,

 

I have been with TPG for 4 years and my modem hasn't been replaced since the initial set up.

My internet is incredibly slow, drops out and sometimes doesn't work at all.

I have tried everything and nothing helps. I called technical support and they said the modem model and device itself is really old needs replacing.

 

I don't know how to go about doing this, can you please assist?

We have located the account using your community details.

 

We can see that you have been in touch with one of our technical specialists, who advised a possible modem issue.

 

We can also see that a callback has been arranged and one of our Change of Plan Specialist will be in touch to discuss how you transition the service to TPG NBN.

 

A new modem will be provided as soon as the NBN order has been raised.

 

We'll make a follow up with our Change of Plan Team and will have a specialist contact you before 4PM NSW time today.
