Modem Upgrade

I have been using TPG for so long. Would you please upgrading my modem due to keep notice of dropping the signal quite many times now? Otherwise I will switch over the other providers due to lack of customers supports. We are Business operating so can’t just leave the issue keep going

Hi vickychen122. Let us check the status of the connection and if the modem/router is causing dropouts or a line fault. Send us a PM with your account details to better understand the situation.
