I have been with TPG for 4 years and my modem hasn't been replaced since the initial set up.
My internet is incredibly slow, drops out and sometimes doesn't work at all.
I have tried everything and nothing helps. I called technical support and they said the modem model and device itself is really old needs replacing.
I don't know how to go about doing this, can you please assist?
