Modem dead after storm

Modem dead after big electrical storm last night. Changed to another outlet and socket but modem still not lighting up. Surge protector was in use. NBN Model Archer VR1600W V.2.0. How do I get a new replacement modem being a long term TPG customer?

We also recommend that you perform a Hard Reset on the modem.
