I have paid for first month and modem delivery charge yesterday morning but until now, I haven't received any emails regarding my modem delivery (no tracking number, etc...). Waiting time to call customer service is too long but unable to connect. Also tried to email but no replies. How can I check the progress? I am working from home so really need internet.
It usually takes 2-3 working days to send out the modem after you settle the upfront fee. Email notifications are being sent and I recommend to also check your junk and spam folders. You can also send me your TPG account details privately, so I can check the status of your order.
