No internet access on new modem

I received my modem yesterday and connected it to our NBN. When I connect to the wifi it says 'Connected, no internet access'.

The manual said it would take 15minutes for the 'internet' light to turn green on the modem. It has now been 16 hours. How can I connect to the internet?
