Modem loosing WiFi and Ethernet connection

Modem Details:TPlink Archer VR1600V

Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

 

The modem keeps lossing connection to WiFi and Ethernet and needs to be recycled every 10 hours to stay connected.

This has been happening since last 6 weeks.

Seems there is a new firmware version available for this model of Modem.

Can you please upgrade the firmware?

Aside from rebooting the modem/router, what troubleshooting have you tried so far?

 

We'll check if there's a new firmware for your device.
