Modem not connecting to FTTC connector

Abi1Abi

Hi

Have had a power outage and when power turned back on, the internet was done.

Turned off everything and unplugges,. The nbn FTTC connector is flashing blue on the second light after the power light. It is also clicking trying to connect to the modem. The modem is an tp link Archer vr1600v v2

The modem isn't registering any light on the 'Internet' light. Nothing is flashing or blinking. Please see photo.

Have tried reset on both nbn Connector and the modem. Think the modem is gone. It is an tp link Archer vr1600v v2.  Thoughts and possible next steps?

thank in advance.

Hi @Abi1Abi ,

Try to perform a factory reset on the modem/router you can do this by pushing the pinhole for 3-5 seconds and wait until all the lights will lit up.

After the reset it may take 5-15mins for the modem to perform Auto-configuration. It is possible that the modem's settings was reset due to sudden power outage. Let us know how it will go.

In the event that the issue still persists shoot us a PM with your details so we can ran an initial test on our end.

How to send a PM?

Regards,
