Came home from work today to find my modem (Archer VR1600v) not turning on, I've tried plugging it in to other power outlets with no luck, the power indicator light at the front isn't lighting up either. I've tried calling tech support only to be on hold waiting with no-one answering, which is somewhat frustrating! Really need to speak with someone about getting a new modem asap... Any ideas on how to get through to speak to someone!!
